Billing, cancellation and refunds

This page describes how Skano plans are paid for, how to cancel a subscription and when money comes back. If anything is unclear, write to us — we would rather answer a question than deliver an unpleasant surprise.
What costs what
The Starter plan is free and requires no payment. Pro and Business are monthly subscriptions priced in Georgian lari, VAT included. Plan prices and limits are in the pricing section of the home page.
How payment works today
Paid plans are currently activated against a manually issued invoice paid by bank transfer. Card payment will be enabled once the acquiring contract is signed; until then we neither ask for nor store card details.
Trial period
The 14-day Pro trial requires no card. Nothing is charged when it ends — the account simply returns to the free plan until you decide to continue.
Cancellation
Cancel from the dashboard or with a single email, at any time. After cancelling, the service runs to the end of the period already paid for. Your menu, QR codes and analytics stay — the account moves to the free plan limits.
Refunds
If within 14 days of your first payment you decide Skano is not for you, we refund it in full, no reason needed. After that the unused part of the current period is not refunded, but the subscription will not renew. If the service was unavailable for a long stretch through our fault, we refund proportionally or extend the period.
How to request one
Write to us from the account email and describe briefly what happened. We reply within one business day; an approved refund is returned by the same route the payment came in, within 10 business days.
Price changes
If we change a plan price, existing customers are told at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the next period, and you can always cancel before it does.
