What is Skano?

Skano is a QR digital menu platform for restaurants, cafes and bars. The owner fills in the menu in a browser and prints a QR code; the guest scans it with a phone camera and the menu opens in the browser — no app to install. Changing a price or a dish takes effect immediately while the QR code stays the same, so nothing has to be reprinted.

Pilot programme — the first restaurants

Skano is a new product and we do not have thousands of customers yet. Rather than invent testimonials, here is an honest account of where we stand and what joining the pilot means.

  • The product works

    Menus, QR codes, both languages, analytics, calling a waiter and staff access are already live — the demo menu is open to anyone.

  • Card payment is not live yet

    Acquiring is under negotiation. Until it is signed we activate paid plans by invoice, and nothing is charged without notice.

  • The pilot sets the agenda

    The first venues reach us directly, and what they ask for goes to the front of the build queue.
