Terms of service

Skano is a digital menu builder: you create a menu, receive a QR code and a public page at /m/<address>. The menu becomes public only after you publish it yourself.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details.
• Your password is your responsibility; changing it ends every existing session.
• One account — one venue.

The menu text, prices and images are yours. You grant us the right to display them on your public menu and to process them technically (resizing, format conversion). You must hold the rights to the images you upload.

Unlawful, abusive or infringing material is prohibited, as is using the service for anything other than showing a venue menu.

The free plan limits dishes and table codes; paid plans lift those limits. Current limits are shown in the pricing section of the home page. We give notice before changing a limit.

Paid plans are currently activated against a manually issued invoice; card payment is not enabled and we do not accept card details. The full billing, cancellation and refund rules are on their own page — "Billing, cancellation and refunds".

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages — including missed orders or revenue — if the menu was temporarily unreachable.

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may restrict or end access for a serious breach of these terms — with notice, except where immediate action is required.

This agreement is governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are heard by the courts of Georgia.
